During a holiday week, Val went above and beyond to come see me on a Friday evening. Her prompt response and guidance were a saving grace to my nursing journey. Her passion, knowledge, and compassion were immediately evident. With her help, my 11 day old baby was able to get an effective latch and quickly started to gain weight appropriately. Even though she wasn’t in network with my insurance, she submitted the claim for me to get reimbursement. I will recommend her to anyone without hesitation!

She came to my home and helped me with a nursing session to work on latch and such and helped me get better fitted and familiar with my pump. She has so much knowledge and helpful resources to share, and after care she sent a detailed plan with information, links, and specific referrals needed. I feel so much better, and breastfeeding has been more comfortable.
