In my former life I did clinical research. Now, I’m a mama! With a background in Microbiology, I made the decision to abandon lab life, and spent over ten years in the world of clinical trials. Always taking a holistic approach to health and wellness, the pregnancy of my daughter in 2015 sent me on a deeper quest for information to keep us well, naturally. Being responsible for another life, had me questioning everything! My belief is the body is capable of healing itself, using the right tools, nutrition, and a touch of modern medicine if needed.
