Valene McMorrow BS, MS, IBCLC/Scientist to Mama Consulting, LLC will take every measure advised by the government and medical professionals to prevent the transmission of COVID-19, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and disinfectant before and after every appointment.

I will wear a mask into your home and request a location to wash my hands upon arrival and at departure. The baby scale and all other equipment is wiped clean after each use with disinfectant.

If you, or anyone residing in your home, presents with the following, please notify me:

● Cough, fever, vomiting, or diarrhea within 24 hours of my visit
● A positive COVID-19 test (either PCR or an in-home test kit), within five days of my visit

I will make every attempt to reschedule the visit, or conduct the visit via Telehealth if possible. There may be instances Telehealth cannot be used. If me, or anyone residing in my home, presents with the following:
